Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal
Please specify if you want shipping with signature because prices might be higher.

Within Germany: Please note price includes Package.
4.40 EUR for 1 unit, 3.00 EUR more for additional unit.

From Germany to the EU:
4.40 EUR for 1 unit, 3.00 EUR more for additional unit.

From Germany to the UK:
7.40 EUR for 1 unit, 4,00 EUR more for additional unit.

From Germany to the rest of the world:
8,40 EUR for 1 unit, 4,40 EUR more for additional unit.

By sending a purchase request you are making a request for the purchase of the relevant product(s).

The request becomes a binding order only after a valid payment has been sent to us using PayPal as payment method.

You also confirm to us, at your own risk, a valid home address for the shipping.

Until complete payment of the sales price has been effected, the delivered goods shall remain the property of Ready Made.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and us until the items ordered have been received by you. At any time until this point we may cancel the sale for any reason.

All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of these Conditions and fulfillment of any order for Products is subject to stock availability and acceptance by us of your order.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by emailing us at undogmatisch@gmail.com ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are packed as best as possible to insure items will not get damaged during shipping.
The record(s) is packed between two pieces of cardboard and then inserted into a heavyweight cardboard mailer and well taped.

All packages are shipped via normal post.
If you’d like your records to be shipped with registered post for an additional charge, please send us an email through the contact form and we will arrange that.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that have not been shipped with registered post.
Return Policy
RETURN POLICY

We offer a returns policy on all physical items.

Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective, we shall, at our own option, either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged).

You must notify us of the problem via email / through the contact form and, after our reply, returning the products in the same condition that you received them (and the same type of packing).
We are going to send you the replacement products according to the availability of our warehouse ad ONLY AFTER receiving the returned items.

If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer.

If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us.
